We currently only deliver to our customers within Germany.

Shipping costs in the shop are €4.99. However, for orders over €20, we cover the shipping costs, making your order free of charge.

What do I have to do if I want to return or exchange something?
To create a return, please follow the steps below. You can also find more information on our returns page.
1. Fill out the form below and submit it.
2. Fill out and download the PDF.
3. Place the items to be returned and the return slip in a shipping box and pack them.
4. Enclose sufficient postage on the package and send it to the address below.
